Do you accept returns?
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
How to request a return?
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unscratched, untampered, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Cancellations
To cancel an order, please e-mail support@galgota.in with details of the order you are cancelling or use the contact us form on the website.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not within 2 business days. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or Credit Card Company to process and post the refund too.

Important points to consider:
For manufacturing defects, the cost of return shipping will be covered by us. However, for other reasons, the return shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
Any applicable return charges will be communicated once the return is initiated.
Refunds for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be provided as store credit only.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please note that items purchased during sales can not be returned or exchanged unless it is for a sizing issue.
We do not accept returns for personalized products.
galgota reserves the right to deny any return that does not meet our requirements during quality inspection.
We cannot be held responsible for any returns lost in transit or any additional charges that may apply during the return process.
