This works nicely.
I have SyRotech fiber router (Syrotech SY GPON 2010 WADONT Dual Band XPON ONT with 4 Antenna Fiber Broadband with Voice Wireless Router 5 GHz, 2.4 GHz 1200 Mbps Wifi) and this ups works with the router perfectly.
The battery backup is 4 hours as advertized. The weight is less than 100g (easy to carry). The speed of power switch to ups (in case of power outage) is instant — no disruption in internet. Well designed and easy to carry. All features as advertized.

I have two ofthese back ups. One has worked great for over a year. The other stopped working after 7 months because the power switch melted. Customer support was very helpful though. Because the product was still under warranty, they sent a new one for free with little hassle.

It is good to use for 1-1.5 years but the power backup reduces drastically after that. When it was new I remember it almost gave backup of about 45 to 60 mins… Which was really impressive. But now after few years I hardly have 5 minutes of backup which is only enough to pause the work in between so that nothing gets lost. The quality is good and easy to install. Compatible with multiple wifi boxes. I myself have used it with airtel and elxer box. It is value for money as it gives enough backup for 1 year. Which is quite good for the price. It does gets warm if your wifi is switched on 24×7 and stays warm like this… Better to have it vebtilated as battery backup is affected by heating issues.

Performance wise it is good. Main reason to give a 5 star is to acknowledge the support provided by customer care while replacing the old one due to compatibility issue. I had order a 12w mini ups, but somehow I had received a 9w though I didn’t check and started using. When i came to know about backup issue, customer care supported even when I am returning a 9w ups after 10 months instead of 12w. I really appreciate that customer care didn’t put me on spot and just tried to help me get a replacement.

I purchased a mini UPS which worked well for a 10months , but later the backup time became very low. I contacted the support team, and they were very helpful — they quickly replaced it with a new one. Appreciate the good customer service!

I was quite excited about the product when I received it and it is nice touch and feel, good quality but was eager to see what backup time it actually gives. I was surprised a little bit and disappointed at the same time since it only gave 1 hr and 45 min backup where company claims it to give upto 4 hrs. I was atleast expecting not less than 2.5 hrs. Still giving it 3 star since atleast it gave me 1.75 hrs backup when it required.
